January 2025 | In Your Own Time
1. A 5-Minute Reflection Guide
The process of goal setting has changed a lot for me over the years. There have been years where I can see exactly what I want to achieve and I can easily set the path and take small actions to get there. Then there have been years when my life has changed drastically and that clarity of the next big goal is no where in sight. Ending relationships, losing loved ones and dips in my mental health have taught me how to set goals based off of how I want to feel, everyday. During these years of setting goals based on how I wanted to feel, I felt deflated and that I wasn’t achieving enough, however when I learned that each day I could create an action to make me feel a certain way, I learned that I was succeeding. This has evolved my goal setting and new year intentions into a practice of ‘being and doing’. It helps me find a balance to maintain emotional stability while also taking bite sized steps towards the tangible goals.

2. A Leadership Lesson
It takes confidence to let people work through their challenges. While we're all here to succeed, expecting immediate success sets everyone up for failure.
3. A Personal Growth Lesson
Secure your spark. Discover it, nurture it, and never let anyone extinguish it.
The end of 2024 was a wild finish! Here is a bit about where I was in December…
I joined Good Nugget, a London based non-profit supporting young creatives, with a talk on Resiliency and a panel with other professionals. Find my Resiliency talk here, and a few truth bombs here.
The team at Charlotte Tilbury were busy planning 2025 in the month of December. I gave a keynote on improving leadership by 1% in the year ahead. We explored self-awareness, navigating biases and enhancing communication. Find a few snapshots here.
To close out the year, I joined the team at On Running and gave them tools to identify what they need during change. Even during their busiest season, they gave their team the tools and environment to be more confident in their leadership.
Happy 2025 everyone!
